The Captains Run jersey design pays homage to the iconic 1995 “Neville Nobodies” Queensland Maroons jersey, presenting a modern replication in an alternate Blood & Bone colourway. As part of the ongoing series initiated in 2024, this jersey embodies both heritage and contemporary flair. It meticulously replicates the striping detail on the sleeves from the original 1995 jersey, capturing the essence of the historic design in a modern context. The cuff features the year 1995 embossed, emphasising the design's historical significance. Inside the collar, the "Blood & Bone" wordmark reinforces the team's identity, connecting the past and present. The QLD Maroons logo has been replaced with a modern replica of the 90s logo, adding a nostalgic touch. Finally, a poignant commemorative elements at the lower back honours the players from the 1995 series, showcasing their names alongside their Fog numbers as a heartfelt tribute to the team that defied the odds during that unforgettable series, solidifying the jersey as a testament to their resilience and camraraderie.
